Job Summary
Director-level marketing and community education liaison focused on facilitating patient admissions to Hospice via relationship-building with physicians, hospitals, and referral sources; responsible for territory management, lead generation, and delivering educational presentations to improve awareness of Hospice services and align with the organization’s mission and hospice philosophy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Experience in marketing, preferably hospice or other healthcare environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to create own leads
- Able to maintain an organized approach to territory management and work with limited supervision
- Able to work as part of an inter-disciplinary team
- Able to meet and exceed monthly goals
- Able to support and promote the Hospice philosophy to referral sources in the medical industry
