Director of Business Analytics - Remote

Job Summary
Director of Business Analytics to partner with the CEO as a strategic data leader. Responsibilities include extracting and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, collaborating with IT to ensure data integrity and accessibility, applying financial acumen to translate data for business stakeholders, and assisting new employees with setting up technology. Some travel (a few days to a week per month) will be required as the company acquires new entities. Key skills include analytics/BI experience, SQL (preferred), Sage and Excel data manipulation, and strong communication with executives and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Business Analytics / Business Intelligence required
- Experience with SQL is a plus, but not a requirement
- Familiarity with extracting data from Sage and manipulating it in Excel is a strong asset
- Some Travel required: a few days to a week per month in the future as the company acquires new entities
