Job Summary
Director of Building Operations who will oversee Grace Church School’s day-to-day facilities including security, maintenance, and technology integration across two NYC campuses. The role requires coordinating emergency repairs, managing building systems (HVAC, lighting, security, access control), collaborating with IT on infrastructure projects, ensuring fire and life-safety compliance, documenting systems and maintenance procedures, coordinating with vendors/contractors, and leading cross-functional facilities/projects to deliver high-quality operations in an independent school setting.
Required Qualifications
- Security Guard License (16 hour)
- FDNY Certificate of Fitness (F-01, F-03, F-07, D-20, S-95, S-12)
- Physical Requirements: sit/stand long periods, climb stairs and ladders, lift up to 50 lbs regularly
