Director of Building Grounds and Maintenance

Director of Buildings & Grounds oversees campus facilities operations, managing janitorial/maintenance staff and coordinating a range of outside contractors. Responsibilities include overseeing building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety), maintaining safety procedures and compliance, developing and managing operating budgets, vendor/supplier relations, inventory and contract administration, coordinating renovations and athletic facilities, and ensuring readiness for events and emergencies. Strong focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and coordinating with the Superintendent on project execution.
