Job Summary
Lead annual brand planning for patient support programs in rare hematology and oncology, conducting comprehensive situation analyses and developing business cases for major investments. Architect the integration of patient services into commercial strategy by partnering with Brand Leadership and commercial teams to align messaging across all touchpoints. Own POA planning and congress strategy, coordinating cross-functional alignment on priorities and field execution. Drive Voice of Customer initiatives through research and customer journey mapping to inform brand differentiation and program optimization. Manage budget strategy, resource allocation, and ROI analysis for patient support programs while ensuring financial alignment with strategic priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
- MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical brand marketing, commercial strategy, or patient support services
- Proven experience leading brand planning processes and cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations, including brand management, sales execution, and market access
- Experience developing messaging strategy and content for healthcare audiences (patients, caregivers, HCPs)
- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with brand teams and commercial leadership
- Experience conducting customer research, competitive intelligence, and market analysis
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in rare disease, hematology, or oncology therapeutic areas
- Familiarity with patient support program operations and hub services
- Experience with congress planning and medical conference coordination
