Job Summary
Director of Brand Performance leading paid and organic social strategies for B2B SaaS and tech clients. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day paid social accounts (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads) to align with pipeline, MQLs, cost per opportunity, and revenue; owning and presenting QBRs and executive updates; serving as a trusted advisor to clients; designing and executing the Build Inevitability framework and overarching brand performance strategy; building brand assets (use case videos, thought leadership ads, zero-click content) to drive trust and engagement; incorporating automation and AI workflows to streamline content development; launching Obility's organic social service offering with strategy frameworks, reporting templates, and scalable workflows; driving client retention and measurable improvements in brand performance metrics; presenting to senior leadership and C-suite; strong emphasis on remote work within the US and fully remote collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on organic and paid social and B2B demand generation
- Proven track record managing paid social accounts for mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS or tech clients
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including experience presenting to director-level and C-suite executives
