Director of Brand & Growth Strategy, AfroTech

Senior leader who can shape AfroTech's brand and growth strategy while owning end-to-end partnerships. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with senior decision makers across tech, government, and culture; executing high-priority partnerships from contract redlining to value exchange; managing partnership workflows (Asana); serving as primary liaison for partner principals; and guiding multi-year brand strategy, programming pillars, and B2B positioning to expand audiences and identify new revenue opportunities. The role reports to the Office of the CEO with a dotted line to the SVP Live Events, is fully remote and U.S.-based with occasional travel, and is compensated at an hourly rate in the $50-$60 range."
