Job Summary
Director of Biopharma Partnerships leads origination and pipeline building across global Biopharma with a focus on Phase 2b/3 pipelines needing patient recruitment, engages directly with senior clinical operations and decision-makers, and oversees end-to-end deal execution including SaaS, RWD licensing, and milestone-based recruitment contracts. The role also acts as Alliance Manager, ensuring data pipelines and screening algorithms deliver promised patient volumes and RWD quality, with responsibilities for expanding contracts after pilots. Requires deep domain fluency in clinical trials, RWD, and targeted therapeutics, a hunter mindset, resilience, and senior-level BD experience; English is mandatory and French or German is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of quota-carrying BD experience selling RWD, complex CRO services, genomic testing, or tech-enabled clinical trial solutions directly to Biopharma
- proven ability to close complex, large-scale deals
- domain fluency in clinical trials, real-world evidence, and targeted therapeutics
- understanding of Phase 2a vs. Phase 3 requirements and recruitment challenges in rare genetic diseases
- English fluency is mandatory; French or German is highly advantageous
