Job Summary
Director of Billing Operations responsible for owning billing-related projects within the LHCSA/CDPAP division, coordinating data across payroll, billing, HR, and operations, and supporting cost reporting through organized inputs, templates, and supporting documentation. The role focuses on building and maintaining trackers, templates, and workflows to streamline internal reporting and submissions, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule. Serves as the internal point person to move multi-department initiatives forward and collaborates with leadership and external professionals on reporting-related initiatives while adhering to regulatory and compliance guidance. Ideal candidates will have homecare experience (LHCSA/CDPAP strongly preferred), familiarity with Alaya/Alixa, and a background in billing, payroll, bookkeeping, or operations within a homecare agency; exposure to cost reporting is a strong plus. The role emphasizes operational ownership, systems thinking, and reliability, with training provided on regulatory expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Homecare experience required (LHCSA/CDPAP strongly preferred)
- Experience with Alaya/Alixa or similar homecare systems
- Background in billing, payroll, bookkeeping, or operations within a homecare agency
- Exposure to cost reporting or regulated healthcare reporting is a strong plus
- Proficiency with data, spreadsheets, and numbers
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven
- Able to learn quickly, take ownership, and see projects through end-to-end
