Job Summary
Director of Bible Partnerships responsible for building systems to evaluate, support, and expand partnerships with Bible Partners, leading a team of Bible Partnerships Managers and international contractors. Oversees global Bible relationships, develops strategies to expand Bible availability and engagement, collaborates with Product and Engineering to streamline workflows, and ensures high-quality service for Bible Partners. Leads team development, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration to advance ministry goals and strengthen partnerships within the YouVersion ecosystem and beyond. Requires elite relational, networking, and leadership abilities, plus a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in Bible content or ministry-focused partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience working closely with Bible content, publishers, translations, or Bible-focused ministry efforts
