Job Summary
Director of Belonging & Connection leads campus engagement, programming, and international student services; serves as the Primary Designated School Official (PDSO) to ensure compliance with F-1 regulations; advises student leaders, oversees international student support, and collaborates with campus partners to strengthen belonging and student success; responsible for budgeting, events, traditions, and cross-functional coordination across Athletics, Orientation, Residence Life, and student organizations; requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in student affairs or related fields; flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in student affairs, student engagement, campus activities, international student services, or a related field.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency as required for Primary Designated School Official (PDSO) designation.
