Director of Behavioral Health

Manage all Behavioral Health Program functions with 24-hour administrative responsibility, supervising, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care delivery. Develop and implement programmatic plans including performance improvement activities and regulatory compliance. Supervise and evaluate all personnel, communicate with staff and administration, and administer comprehensive programming that responds to patient demographic needs. Integrate services into the continuum of care while providing leadership and clinical supervision in alignment with organizational goals. Requires current Registered Nurse licensure, minimum two years of management experience in Behavioral Health, and a Bachelor's degree with at least two years in psychiatric nursing. Full-time day shift position.
