Job Summary
Lead the multi-channel strategy for the BB&N Fund, segmenting the donor base to optimize the donor journey across direct mail, digital, and personal solicitation. Design "out-of-the-box" annual giving appeals and participation challenges that blend immediate operational needs with long-term campaign goals. Reimagine the Reunion Giving program and elevate Affinity Giving by collaborating with alumni leaders and the Major Giving Team to set ambitious class goals. Manage and inspire a dedicated Parent Volunteer Committee, recruiting and training them as peer-to-peer fundraising ambassadors while serving as a key liaison to high-net-worth volunteers and Board members. Adapt strategies based on real-time results to drive institutional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 to 7 years of experience in development, annual giving, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and participation goals
- Knowledge and successful use of Social Media applications as they relate to annual fund outreach
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and interact with all personality types and levels of management
- Effective relationship builder
- Willingness and ability to work an adaptable schedule, which may include occasional evening and weekend hours as required
