Oversee all sales and technical aspects of audio, visual, and multimedia services across the hotel, partnering with the on-site sales team to secure contracts. Manage AV operations for meetings, conferences, weddings, entertainment, and lifestyle events in line with Hilton brand standards to ensure seamless execution. Maintain all technical equipment to deliver bold, stylish, and memorable experiences that define the Hilton brand within the Crescent managed hotels and resorts. Requires a degree in Audio Visual Technology or related field with 3-5 years of experience in luxury hotels or large-scale event venues.
