Job Summary
Directs and manages the hospital's assessment and referral program, oversees A&R staff, staffing, TRIMS documentation, data reporting, and departmental performance enhancements. Collaborates on information infrastructure to support efficiency, ensures data collection and timely reporting, and serves as the department’s fiscal manager. Requires leadership, clinical background in behavioral health, supervisory experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Level Licensed Clinician preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Verbal de-escalation and physical intervention program as approved by the CNO
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a clinical, supervisory and/or administrative role in an inpatient and/or outpatient mental health setting
- Current CPR certification required, or obtained within initial orientation period
