Job Summary
Senior Director-level architectural leadership for the Home Lending Originations portfolio. Defines and drives the architectural roadmap, leads end-to-end solution design across digital platforms, workflow automation, data integration, and customer experience enhancements, mentors engineering teams, evaluates cloud and AI technologies, partners with product, risk, compliance, and operations to deliver compliant, scalable solutions, governs architecture to align with security, regulatory guidelines, and enterprise standards, and represents the function in executive technology forums and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 12+ years of technology architecture experience
- Deep expertise in architectural frameworks, cloud technologies, digital platforms, workflow automation, and AI solutions
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with regulatory compliance, data security, and risk management in financial services
- Demonstrated ability to drive transformation and lead cross-functional teams
