Job Summary
Director of Analytics responsible for leading Collective Health's healthcare analytics transformation. Own analytics strategy and roadmap, design and deliver Client Reporting 2.0, and partner with Product, Operations, Engineering, CS, CX, and clients. Build a scalable analytics infrastructure, oversee end-to-end analysis of claims, member, and benefits data, drive proactive insights, and guide AI-enabled analytics (LLMs, RAG, generative AI). Lead and grow a high-performing analytics team, ensure HIPAA compliance and data governance, and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders. Hybrid role based in San Francisco with in-office expectations two weekdays per week.
Required Qualifications
- Healthcare domain expertise — deep, working knowledge of claims data, member data, payer-provider models, and the regulatory environment (HIPAA, ICD, CPT, HCPCS, HL7, EDI 837)
