Job Summary
Lead and oversee alumni engagement and annual giving initiatives at Thomas More University. Develop, implement, and manage programs to increase alumni affinity, involvement, and connection to the University; align efforts with the institution’s mission and strategic plan. Oversee events, donor stewardship, and communications; supervise the Alumni Association Board and staff; collaborate with Advancement Services and other teams to support fundraising and stewardship; personally solicit annual and leadership gifts as appropriate. Represent the University at events and build strong relationships with alumni, donors, and supporters to advance philanthropic goals.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strategic leadership experience
- Ability to develop and oversee programs for alumni engagement and annual giving
- Experience coordinating events and donor stewardship
- Ability to supervise staff and work with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with donor relations and CRM systems
- Knowledge of NCAA compliance as it relates to donor engagement
