Job Summary
Oversee a portfolio of 24 sites across Alberta, reporting to the Director of National Accounts and managing 4 Account Managers. Lead operational activity by ensuring deadlines are met, developing preventative maintenance methods, and enhancing cleaning techniques. Communicate with the team to maintain policies, KPIs, and resolve performance issues while building client relationships through prompt responses and regular check-ins. Lead new account setups and maintain existing contract terms. Travel 60% locally within the region and up to 10% to a larger region, with some overnight travel once a month. Maintain a valid driver's license in good standing. Must be available 24/7 for emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years managerial/leadership experience with mid-senior level direct reports
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience at the Regional Director level
- Business finance experience including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ability to lead business development efforts within region
- Outstanding ability to engage and motivate a team
- Valid drivers license in good standing
- Must have 5 years managerial/ leadership experience with mid-senior level direct reports
- Business finance experience including budgeting and forecasting along with the ability to engage and motivate a team
- Must be available 24/7 in case of emergency or client needs
- Travel 60% locally within the region and up to 10% to a larger region
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Post secondary education in business or project management is preferred
- Previous managerial experience in janitorial work is preferred
