Job Summary
Lead the design and deployment of AI agents and automated workflows to transform Passumpsic Bank’s operational efficiency and customer engagement. Champion AI literacy, establish ethical AI governance, and drive the bank's AI Roadmap. Collaborate with executive leadership, operations, compliance, information security, and technology teams to ensure AI initiatives strengthen brand promise, enhance security, and meet regulatory expectations. Responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives in generative AI, agentic systems, and workflow automation to re-engineer manual processes and reallocate staff toward high-value, human-centric work.
