Director of AI Enablement

Director of AI Enablement responsible for defining AI strategy, governance, and enablement across business units; build AI literacy and training programs, identify high‐value use cases, establish intake and prioritisation models, and embed AI into everyday ways of working. Define AI governance frameworks and guardrails in collaboration with security and enterprise architecture leads; oversee vendor evaluation and technology scanning; drive deployment of enterprise AI tools including agentic AI; manage AI cost structures and forecasted value, and track ROI. Lead a 3–5 person team and report to the EVP, CTIO, while engaging senior stakeholders and the Board of Directors to ensure measurable business value and governance across functions.
