Job Summary
The Director of AI & Automation is a transformative technology leader responsible for shaping and implementing GT’s enterprise‐wide AI and automation strategy. This role requires developing high‐value AI use cases, managing cross‐functional automation initiatives, and collaborating with data teams to leverage data for operational efficiency. Candidates must have extensive experience in AI, automation, and digital transformation, with strong skills in RPA and machine learning. The position also involves establishing AI governance frameworks and collaborating with legal and compliance teams to ensure ethical technology use while leading a cross‐functional AI & Automation team.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience leading AI, automation, machine learning, or intelligent workflow initiatives.
- Proven success delivering complex automation and AI solutions in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of RPA, NLP, machine learning, intelligent document processing, and enterprise automation technologies.
- Experience leading cross‐functional technology teams and managing large‐scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Ability to translate business problems into AI‐powered solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non‐technical and executive audiences.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, Medicaid, FMS, government programs, or similarly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC2, state compliance standards, and secure data‐handling practices.
- Background working with Azure AI, Copilot Studio, RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate), and cloud‐based ML pipelines.
- Experience building AI governance frameworks or ethical AI policies.
