Job Summary
The Director of Agronomy is responsible for implementing agronomic programs, managing expenses, and ensuring superior playing conditions for members and guests. Core duties include overseeing two golf courses, leading the Agronomy department, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations, and developing staff through training and mentorship. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Turfgrass Management or Agronomy and have at least 5 years of golf course management experience in a luxury environment.
