Job Summary
Director of Agent Success & Growth leads recruitment, coaching, and development of a real estate agents team. Responsibilities include recruiting and attracting talented agents, mentoring and supporting agent growth, helping new agents launch successfully, building strong internal and external relationships, leading team meetings, trainings, and recruiting events, and shaping a positive, productive company culture. The role benefits from dedicated administrative and marketing support and a hybrid schedule, with compensation including a competitive baseSalary plus performance bonuses and earnings in the $90k–$110k+ range. Real estate experience is a plus but not required, and no real estate license is required. Collaboration with an Office Administrator and a full-time Social Media Director enables focus on leadership and growth rather than day-to-day admin tasks.
