Director of Aftercare Services

Job Summary
Direct and oversee aftercare programs for preschool and school-age students, collaborate with the Preschool Principal and staff to ensure safe, developmentally appropriate activities; supervise enrichment leaders and staff; manage annual budgets, onboarding, payroll, procurement, and licensing/accreditation requirements; coordinate field trips and aftercare operations; coach and support teachers; maintain program calendars and professional development; ensure compliance with health, safety, and mission-focused expectations; requires a Bachelor’s degree with experience in structured preschool settings, strong verbal/written communication, and ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds; irregular schedule including nights/weekends may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Master’s preferred
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Early Childhood Education
- experience working in a structured preschool setting
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- willingness for irregular schedule including nights and/or weekends
