Job Summary
Directs Christ the King Catholic School After Care program for K-8, developing and implementing a schedule of engaging activities, providing time and support for homework, and supervising students and staff in after-school settings. Maintains safe, welcoming environment with attention to food allergies and/or medication needs, communicates timely with families, ensures accurate daily sign-in/sign-out, and coordinates work assignments for support staff. Reports attendance to the School Office Administrator; reports to the Principal; position is hourly and not benefits eligible.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to effectively articulate the values and mission of Christ the King Catholic School
- Experience working with kindergarten through middle school children preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage students with empowering consistency and care
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Hours: 3:00–5:30 on Mon,Tue,Thu,Fri; 2:00–5:30 on Wed; half days 12:00–5:30
- Hourly wage: $30.00 per hour
