Key responsibilities include refining workflows and systems for efficiency, providing strategic oversight of fundraising pipelines, budgeting and expense management in collaboration with finance, developing reporting infrastructure for decision-making, and leading donor operations. The role requires strong operational skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication, and candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years experience in operations, advancement, administration, or project management
