Job Summary
Develop and implement program goals and objectives to meet performance specifications while overseeing CBHC/BHUC regulatory compliance and clinical service delivery. Provide direct supervision to staff, conduct patient evaluations and counseling, and manage crisis interventions across outpatient sites in Brockton, Hyannis, New Bedford, and Plymouth. Establish quality management programs, lead multidisciplinary treatment teams, and facilitate training on clinical standards and de-escalation protocols. Review patient charts for accreditation standards and prepare reports for licensing boards. Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Salary ranges from $99,000 to $135,000 with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Requires independent licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) and a Master's or Doctoral degree.
Required Qualifications
- MA or above in Behavioral Health
- Independent Licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT)
- Must always present as courteous and professional
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to perform multiple tasks
- Must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to organize ideas in logical and clear fashion
- Must have the ability to work with others in a cooperative and collaborative manner
- TB screening
- Certification in the HPTC approved de-escalation program
- Strong and effective verbal, written and organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic computer skills and software programs including the ability to learn, use and train HPTC's electronic medical records
- Ability to provide leadership and program development within an outpatient site
- Knowledge of major clinical therapeutic models and behavioral health best practice
- Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Independently licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, including: LICSW/LMHC/LMFT/ LADC 1
- Master/Doctoral degree in Human Services related field such as psychology or social work
- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical supervisory experience and five (5) years of behavioral health counseling experience
- Must be able to travel to all 4 outpatient sites
- Must be available for Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
- Must be able to obtain and maintain certification as a CPI Instructor
- Must be able to support program leadership at the various sites with quality monitoring, dashboard support, and mock tracer chart audits
- Must be able to develop and facilitate Performance Improvement Projects, CQI Initiatives, NIATx model rapid change projects
- Must be able to support programs with state directed quality monitoring
- Must be able to support productivity quality improvement
- Must be able to attend assigned meetings with state representation, stakeholders, and provider organizations
- Must be able to facilitate monthly meeting with clinical leadership to support standardized care practices, quality discussion and clinical strategic planning
- Must be able to facilitate all meetings, case conferences and trainings as assigned
- Must be able to collaborate and participate in meetings with other community organizations to enhance communication and service delivery within the community
