Director of Admissions

Oversee coordination of inquiries, admissions, sales calls, public relations, and community events in accordance with company policies. Maintain records on referral and conversion activity while communicating acute readmissions to the Business Development team for follow-up. Conduct tours for prospective patients and families, complete necessary follow-up, and provide planned admission information to supervisors for morning meeting reports. Collaborate with internal teams to gather medical and financial documentation for approval and complete required admissions and billing tasks for each patient. Ensure patients and families are appropriately welcomed and oriented on admission day. Requires two years of healthcare admissions experience, knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing, and ability to discuss clinical evaluations with physicians.
