Job Summary
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract 130 high-performing students annually while establishing enrollment targets and optimizing admission workflows. Plan and execute high-quality recruitment events, representing the institution at regional educational fairs and cultivating relationships with feeder schools and consultants. Manage, train, and mentor admissions staff in best practices, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative environment focused on customer service excellence. Communicate effectively with school leadership, faculty, board members, and community partners to serve as an ambassador for the institution's mission. Fluency in Arabic is required, with proficiency in English essential. Full-time position in Doha with regional travel, relocation assistance, and a salary range of $82,000-$110,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years in educational admissions, recruitment, or related leadership roles
- Proven track record in achieving enrollment targets
- Experience working in international or culturally diverse environments
- Background in event management and stakeholder relations
- Fluency in Arabic
- Proficiency in English
- Strong understanding of educational assessment and admissions processes
