Job Summary
Directs admissions/intake operations at Wooded Glen Recovery Center, guiding the admission process and developing strategies to increase daily census. Leads and develops the admissions team—including hiring, orientation, performance assessment, scheduling, and coaching—while ensuring compliance with quality standards, efficient operations, and strong collaboration with referral sources and corporate leadership. Oversees pre-admissions screening, data reporting, billing coordination, CRM documentation, and integration with facility operations to sustain growth, quality, and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Psychology, Social Work or related field preferred
- Two or more years healthcare admissions experience required
- Experience in alcohol and drug field or psychiatric treatment field required
- License as required by the state for this position
- CPR and de-escalation certification required
