Job Summary
Build and lead the campus admissions team to drive enrollment growth, student service quality, and staffing efficiency. Monitor inquiry management, oversee HESI test proctoring and orders, and ensure full compliance with federal, state, and ABHES accreditation standards. Optimize enrollment operations resources, implement the New Student Review process, and coordinate the annual New Student Orientation. Collaborate with the Campus President and VP of Enrollment Services to manage budgets, build national partnerships, and serve on relevant committees.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent skills and experience
- 3-5 years demonstrated leadership success in higher education operations, such as Admissions, Student Services, or Business Operations
