Job Summary
Director of Admissions leads admissions operations, recruitment initiatives, and enrollment processes to provide a student-centered experience. Responsibilities include overseeing application review, interview coordination, and admissions decisions as a key Admissions Committee member; managing and developing a high-performing admissions team; executing recruitment strategies including travel for events, fairs, and outreach; collaborating cross-functionally to streamline admissions and matriculation; monitoring data, generating reports, and providing insights on yield and performance metrics; supporting budget planning and financial adherence; and maintaining relationships with pre-health advisors and stakeholders. The role requires a master’s degree, 5+ years in admissions with supervisory experience, strong CRM and data-reporting skills, and a commitment to ethical, holistic admissions practices. On-site, in-office role based in Provo, UT with regular travel and some evening/weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive admissions experience; 3+ years in a supervisory role
- Medical/health professions admissions experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, admissions processes, and data reporting tools
