Job Summary
Directs admissions operations and relationship-building for a Long Term Care facility in Concord, MA. Responsibilities include coordinating admissions through generating referrals, developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, conducting tours for outside interested parties, processing referrals to admissions, signing in new patients, coordinating all details between hospital, doctors, center and field staff, and ensuring smooth admissions workflows. The role emphasizes sales-related activities (2+ years in healthcare sales), relationship development with external partners, and strong organizational skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field
- 2+ years of experience in Healthcare, specifically in the Long Term Care Industry
- 2-3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience
- 3 (+) years in long term care admissions is preferred
- Superior interpersonal, communication skills and energetic
- Ability to cultivate working relationships both inside and outside the facility
- Must be a team player, highly organized and have a positive attitude
