Job Summary
Monitor employee staffing levels, lead flow, and implement local marketing initiatives to ensure the Admissions team meets pre-set goals and performance standards. Recruit, train, manage, and supervise Admissions Representatives while evaluating phone calls and interviews biweekly and monthly. Conduct professional standards evaluations quarterly and annual performance reviews, observing interviews to provide feedback and coaching. Review inbound recorded calls within 72 hours for accurate lead entry, arrange staffing schedules for full coverage, and respond to public reviews and mystery shops. Track progress toward start goals, coach potential leaders, and collaborate with Financial Aid and campus executives to assess policies and procedures. Plan campus events, conduct daily standups and weekly meetings, and correspond with prospective students. Provide input for budgets and training meetings while ensuring business professional dress codes are followed Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- proven admissions track record with a minimum of four years with direct enrollment management experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with enrollment management practices
- Must possess strong organizational skills, leadership, development and implementation skill
- Ability to multi-task
