Director of Activities

Lead and supervise Activity staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance evaluations, while managing volunteers for meaningful resident programs. Plan and coordinate monthly activity calendars and special events aligned with Lifestyles & Health Services, Embrace the World, and Heartfelt Connections initiatives. Promote a holistic community culture addressing the eight dimensions of wellness for residents and staff. Create and manage the department's annual plan, budget, pricing, and performance standards, overseeing all billing and providing cross-departmental training. Requires a Bachelor's degree in recreational activities, minimum three years of senior activity experience, and supervisory leadership. Salary range $62,000–$64,000 plus bonus; location Marietta, GA.
