Job Summary
Lead the strategy, architecture, and implementation of ACCS technologies (Audio, Cameras, Communications, & Sensing) for HP PCs and Docks; oversee a global engineering team, collaborate with cross-functional partners (product management, sales, and external vendors), and drive research, development, and integration of new technologies into product design and manufacturing. Develop strategic technology directions to deliver differentiated and best-in-class experiences for HP devices, translate market needs into engineering requirements, mentor team members, manage the project portfolio within budget and scope, and maintain external partnerships with vendors and research institutions. Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS or business management and 10+ years of related experience including 10+ years in people management, with strong leadership, communication, and program-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science or business management or equivalent degrees
- 10 or more years of related work experience
- 10 or more years of people management experience at a global scale
- Experience in Business Development, Customer, and/or Engineering organization is preferred
- Proven track record of leading successful engineering teams and delivering innovative products
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
