Director of Accounting Operations & Transformation

Director, Accounting Operations & Transformation is a senior leadership role reporting to the CFO. Lead the strategy to scale the Accounting organization, modernize systems, and accelerate the month-end close. Own the Oracle ERP upgrade workstream end-to-end, including design, testing, change management, and IT coordination, with accountable post go-live stability. Drive data quality, reconciliation infrastructure, and scalable processes across AP, AR, GL, Treasury, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Revenue. Partner with Finance, IT, and Business Operations to prevent revenue recognition issues and reduce manual workarounds. Establish documentation standards, drive cross-functional initiatives, and embed Accounting early in business initiatives. Build a transformation roadmap, manage end-to-end initiatives, ensure adoption, and deliver a predictable close. Requirements include deep US GAAP knowledge, strong internal controls, experience with ERP platforms (Oracle preferred), and exceptional communication across technical and non-technical audiences. CPA preferred.
