Job Summary
Director of Accounting to own technical accounting under US GAAP, drive the monthly/quarterly/annual close, lead external audit, oversee Accounts Payable, and collaborate with the VP of Finance to scale a high-growth SaaS finance function. Role emphasizes establishing best-in-class accounting operations, implementing AI-enabled workflows and automation, enhancing reporting accuracy, and preparing the organization for future financing events, acquisitions, and investor reporting. Requires deep US GAAP expertise, experience with SaaS revenue recognition, multi-entity/currency handling, ERP systems (NetSuite), strong executive communication, and change leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
