Director of Accounting & Finance

Oversee the full accounting and finance cycle, including month-end close, general ledger reconciliation, and financial reporting for executive leadership. Manage the finance team, conduct budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. Lead strategic initiatives such as cost optimization, process automation, and system implementation to drive operational efficiency.
