Job Summary
Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, and financial planning activities; lead and develop accounting team members; support ERP implementation and financial system improvements; provide financial analysis and recommendations to organizational leadership; participate in strategic planning and growth initiatives; present financial information to executive leadership and governing bodies as needed; contribute to technology improvements and future growth objectives; ensure tax compliance and regulatory reporting; support external audits and financial reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Progressive accounting and financial leadership experience
- Prior experience leading, supervising, or mentoring employees
- Experience with inventory accounting
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated initiative, leadership potential, and desire for continued professional growth
