Job Summary

Director of Account Management to lead and scale a post-sales organization in a defence-technology context. Responsible for customer success, retention, and expansion across a portfolio of complex accounts; will define and implement account-management standards, ensure proactive account plans and health monitoring, oversee escalations and renewals, and drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, and operations to maximize customer value. Leads a team of Account Managers and Key Account Managers, builds executive-level customer engagement frameworks (e.g., QBRs, executive reviews), and focuses on reducing risk while increasing retention and expansion revenue. Prior experience in leadership of enterprise B2B accounts, minimal escalation handling, and strong communication with senior stakeholders is essential; desirable background in defence, aerospace, telecom, or industrial sectors and experience with strategic account planning and governance.
