Job Summary
Lead and develop the Account Management team by establishing KPIs, coaching on consultative sales strategies, and recruiting high-performers to drive revenue growth. Oversee strategic customer relationships through executive business reviews, cross-selling initiatives, and issue resolution while proactively identifying new opportunities in petrochemical, manufacturing, and energy sectors. Represent HASC at industry events and conferences to build external awareness and maintain an active sales pipeline with accurate CRM forecasts. Develop annual business plans, analyze market trends, and prepare executive reports to achieve company growth objectives. This in-office leadership role in Pasadena, Texas requires 30–50% travel and direct collaboration with operations, marketing, and technical teams to expand presence in emerging industrial markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in account management, business development, or commercial leadership within petrochemical, industrial, manufacturing, or energy sectors
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
- Demonstrated success growing existing accounts and acquiring new business
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing strategic customer relationships
- Proven success leading teams responsible for new client acquisition, market growth, and revenue expansion
- Ability to identify market gaps, develop growth strategies, and introduce services to organizations unfamiliar with HASC
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel 30–50%, including overnight travel, as required
- In office position located in Pasadena, Texas (Houston Area)
- Regular on-site collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams is required
