Job Summary
Oversee administrative operations for the Provost's Office, supervising staff and managing academic systems and workflows to enhance operational effectiveness. Coordinate committees, institutional initiatives, and projects supporting faculty affairs, accreditation, assessment, enrollment, and strategic priorities. Develop processes that improve decision-making across Academic Affairs while partnering with academic leaders to manage budgets, events, and reporting. Requires five or more years of experience in higher education administration, including expertise in enterprise systems, data management, and workflow technologies. Base pay ranges from $91,454 to $103,925 annually. Located in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in higher education administration, academic affairs, operations, or related fields
- demonstrated experience managing complex administrative functions and supervising staff
- Experience supporting academic governance, faculty affairs, institutional initiatives, or university-level operations
- Strong organizational, analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with enterprise systems, data management, workflow technologies, and tools that improve operational effectiveness, including AI-enabled solutions
