Job Summary
Conduct clinical oversight of the ABA program through weekly, monthly, and quarterly site quality checks, including on-the-floor observations and RBT treatment supervision. Provide daily mentoring to BCBA team members, RBTs, and fieldwork students on assessment protocols, treatment plans, and behavior support strategies. Complete ABA assessments and screenings for incoming clients to support caseload development and implement Family Guidance Programming. Collaborate with administration and other disciplines to ensure quality services, manage RBT onboarding and reviews, and assist with supply ordering and scheduling coordination. Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and weekly one-on-one meetings with the VP of ABA and Senior Director for clinical streamlining and problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people
- Must be able to work with children birth to age 21 and families who are at risk
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents
- Ability to author routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of families or employees of the organization
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Reports for work dressed appropriately and complies with company policies regarding the dress code
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Travel will be required
- Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field
- Active status as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®)
- Greater than three years of experience treating in the field of ABA
