Job Summary
Director of ABA Services to lead the ABA program at The Behavior Exchange, providing on-site mentoring to the ABA team (BCBAs, RBTs, and fieldwork students), and collaborating with the Senior Director to shape culture, retain staff, and expand clinical services. Responsibilities include conducting ABA assessments, screenings for clients, developing and implementing family guidance programming, overseeing treatment plans and RBT/BCBA supervision, coordinating care and communications across teams, leading monthly meetings and trainings, and ensuring quality services for children and families. Requires travel, supervision and mentorship of BCBA/RBT staff, and involvement in program development, fidelity checks, and caseload planning. Minimum requirements include a Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field, BCBA certification, and more than three years of ABA experience (preferably at Pediatrics Plus). Travel will be required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field
- Active status as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Greater than three years of experience treating in the field of ABA
- Greater than three years of experience treating at Pediatrics Plus, preferred
