Job Summary
Lead a clinical ABA program as Director of Clinical Services, overseeing clinical teams, supervising Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians, ensuring data-driven treatment plan reviews and outcomes, mentoring staff, and driving clinical excellence across the region. Collaborate with Area Directors and Operations Leaders to align staffing, caseloads, compliance, and service quality; deliver targeted training and caregiver engagement; support practitioner development through CEU stipends and internal training, and champion assent-based, evidence-based ABA practices.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in a clinical setting
- 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred, OR a strong track record of successful case oversight and Behavior Technician mentorship
- Crisis management skills
- Familiarity with Practical Functional Assessment (PFA), Skills-Based Treatment (SBT), and assent-based ABA practices preferred
