Job Summary
Oversee clinical teams and client care by reviewing treatment plans, monitoring outcomes, and ensuring individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy. Coach Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians through regular case reviews, performance feedback, and hands-on modeling to maintain consistent quality. Partner with Area Directors and Operations Leaders to align staffing, caseloads, and compliance across your region. Champion assent-based, ethical ABA practices by facilitating skill-building workshops and evaluating treatment fidelity using internal standards. Support the Elevate practicum supervision program and conduct caregiver check-ins to ensure families feel supported throughout their journey.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in a clinical setting
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred
- strong track record of successful case oversight and Behavior Technician mentorship at Centria (minimum 2 years)
- preference given to those who have mentored practicum students
- Experience navigating challenging clinical situations and supporting teams through high-stress moments is highly valued
- Familiarity with Practical Functional Assessment (PFA), Skills-Based Treatment (SBT), and assent-based ABA practices preferred
