Job Summary
Own the overall OEM business strategy, leading forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and financial performance while defining key performance indicators. Serve as the primary strategic partner for OEM accounts, developing deep customer insights to expand business and resolve high-impact issues. Balance growth, profitability, and operational priorities by partnering across engineering, finance, marketing, and customer support teams to drive efficiency and service levels. Lead product and pricing strategy, approving commercial proposals and establishing profitability targets alongside the CEO. This highly visible leadership role requires a candidate with 7+ years of progressive business experience to directly impact company growth through strategic channel management and cross-functional influence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive business leadership experience
- Experience owning a business, function, product line, or major initiative with measurable results
- Strong background in financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and pricing
- Experience developing and executing B2B sales strategies
- Ability to influence and lead across multiple functions without direct authority
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with global teams and stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive business outcomes
- Must be available for occasional domestic and international travel
- Must be available for occasional after-hours support for international partners
