Job Summary
Director OE Sales Commercial, APAC leads the regional OE growth strategy by translating global OE strategy into a differentiated regional roadmap and owning P&L accountability. Responsibilities include shaping market positioning, customer segmentation, and portfolio priorities to meet AOP targets; developing OEM partnerships and driving platform allocation and share of wallet; leading pricing strategy, margin expansion, and robust forecasting; building and leading a high-performing OE organization across account management, engineering, and quality; elevating strategic key account management and lifecycle optimization; driving OE innovation and securing a competitive development pipeline; ensuring best-in-class commercial execution with cross-functional governance; anticipating market evolution and identifying disruptive trends; contributing to the global OE leadership team across regions. Required experience includes 10+ years in senior sales leadership, automotive industry knowledge, exceptional negotiation and leadership skills, ability to work with diverse cultures, English fluency, and willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of senior sales leadership experience, with a preference of field sales experience and multidisciplinary experience
- Deep understanding of automotive industry and multi-country business operations
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work with cultures across different regions
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel frequently
